October 1, 2024 | I Survived
Thank you for all the inquiries; I survived. My house is blocked and poured concrete. I have a real sea wall, and all the pavers around the pool are in concrete, not sand. I stayed because the NEWS is worthless. The last time I left, they showed the most devastated areas – not what is clear. I had to ask a hotel employee if the roads were clear, and he said no problem; he drove in. So I drove back from Orlando, and there was no flooding, and when I got home, I never lost power. So, I stayed for this one.
There is no structural damage. I have a generator, so that was never an issue. The biggest problem was the loss of the internet. People ask if it was scary. No, I went to bed, as did my dogs, and got up at a regular time.
As I told my family, I knew Biden would protect me because what I pay in taxes probably funds a whole platoon of tanks for Zelensky. As we enter October, I will update the private blog.
Also, many emails comment on the disappointment of the Rescue the Republic: Join the Resistance conference. No, I was not invited. As one client said, it was akin to the United Nations Climate Change Conference, which did not allow any alternative account or solution. Yes, people do not get how divided the entire world has become. This is like England in the 17th century with the civil war between the Catholics and the Puratins, where Cromwell beheads the king and issues coins with his portrait replacing the king.
There is no possibility of RESCUING the Republic. The mere fact that they even held such a conference only illustrates the deep divide. This is no different than trying to solve the religious issues between the Shite and the Sunni. It is reminiscent of the 1947 split in India, creating Pakistan. We will address the solution at the WEC. There is no rescuing the republic – we are crossing the Rubicon.
