January 15, 2024 | Gerrymandering – Are All Elections Fraudulent?
COMMENT:
Marty,
Just like leading the country in election cheating (this isn’t a great site to reference, but it does list some of the “irregularities” https://www.factcheck.org/2009/01/mining-the-minnesota-recount/). It appears Minnesota was also ahead of the con game with the results of the last census where Minnesota kept all its congressional seats even though it should have lost one (ironically to NY) (https://www.twincities.com/2022/05/19/census-overcount-mn-undercount-congressional-seat-federal-funding/). I’d guess the next census will show states like MN & NY will have upwards of ’81 million’ residents and then like the GDP & every other govt number it will be revised down afterwards after having its intended effect.
Keep up the good work.

REPLY: “Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything,” has often been attributed to Stalin but there is no definite source. Your example highlights how losing political parties will use every dirty trick in the book to sway the results in their favor.
Elections have been rigged for centuries. Pericles was attacked and banished amid the first democracy. During the Senate elections in Rome of 53 BC, only the elite voted. Interest rates DOUBLED because people were borrowing so much to fund bribes to rig the election.
The 2008 US Senate recount in Minnesota that you mentioned was another slap in the face to democracy. Republican incumbent Norm Coleman initially led Democratic challenger Al Franken by more than 200 votes. However, the state Canvassing Board’s certified recount results showed that Franken received 225 more votes than Coleman out of nearly 2.9 million votes.
This incident highlights some of the common tactics such as duplicate ballots, missing ballots, and rejected absentee ballots. The documentary “2000 Mules” explained in-depth how they managed to swing the 2020 US Presidential Election in Biden’s favor through ballot harvesting.
Now this happened before mail-in ballots made rigging an election so easy that even a child could do it. You no longer need to prove who you are to vote, nor do you need to prove you are from this country. In fact, you do not need even to exist.
Biden secured the dead vote during the last election, as thousands of deceased Americans rose from the dead to cast their vote. Mail-in ballots were sent to dead people, stolen by bad actors, and counted as fraudulent votes.
There are videos of election officials blatantly changing the ballots they receive to favor their candidate of choice. There are videos of mail carriers and others discarding mail-in ballots. Hundreds of pounds, not ballots, were found discarded in a junkyard in New Jersey after the last presidential election.
There were instances where people received absentee ballots on behalf of others. In New York, over 100,000 voters received ballots with the wrong names printed on them, and there was no way to track if someone was voting on behalf of someone else. Where did this occur? In Brooklyn, where Democratic Rep. Yvette Clarke is positioned and ADMITTED that their plan has been to pack the district with migrants for “redistricting purposes.”
We have all heard of redrawing voting lines to rig elections. DeSantis did this in Florida as well in recent years, and I am not pointing at simply one side. Gerrymandering is a practice intended to establish an unfair political advantage for a particular party by manipulating the boundaries of electoral districts. This corruption was named after Elbridge Gerry, who had engaged in this corruption from the very start of the United States election process. As they say, where there is a WILL, there is also a WAY to make it happen.
There are corrupt antics in EVERY election, but now the tactics are blatant. This does not mean one should refrain from voting because these politicians deserve to know that their constituents never wanted them in power in the first place.
