  They ONLY announced a 50% TARGET !!!!!!!!! THE LEGACY AUTO’S SAID THEIR ASPIRATIONS WERE 4% TO UP TO 50% AND ONLY IF THE GOV’T THROWS BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF $$$$ AT THEM!!!!! DON’T GET YOUR HOPES UP!!!!! THE LEGACIES ARE NOT EAGER TO CANNIBALIZE THEMSELVES GETTING OF THE ICE CAR PRODUCTION IS EASY TO SAY BUT RIDICULOUSLY HARD TO DO.
  THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN AND IS DOING IT IS (((( TESLA )))) AND FOR US SHARE HOLDER UNFORTUNATELY TESLA WILL RECYCLE THEIR OWN BATTERIES

  SO LARRY IS RIGHT WE ARE AT LEAST 10 YRS OUT FROM MASS RECYCLING AND THEN ((((( REDWOOD )))) WILL LEAD THE WAY.
  JUST REALITY !!!! NOT NEGATIVE JUST A LITMUS TO WERE WE ARE IN HISTORY…………POSITIVE YET A LONG L O N G L. O. N. G. WAYS AWAY
